Some shots of my Forecast Janna cosplay at Ohayocon 2014. This is probably one of my favorite cosplays to wear so far partly because it is comfortable more so then the others. I am kinda sad that i got these taken at the end of the day because I couldn't get my wig to stay in place. Oh well, next time I will get some better shots.

Forecast Janna

So as i was preparing to go to Ohayocon I decided to take on the task of completing another cosplay. So here we are, Forecast Janna. I am in love with this skin and have been wanting to cosplay it form the day it come out. This was probably one of my simplest cosplays simply because there was little sewing done.

The Jacket is made form a button up shirt i bout at walmart. I then bought fabric to match and made into a trench coat. To make the bottom half of the coat I treated it as a circle skirt when cutting it out so I could achieve the flowing effect I wanted. The rest of the outfit I was able to find in my closet.








I made the mic flag out of poster board, foam board and some sticky labels. Here is the video i followed to make that.

I found the umbrella on amazon and bought my wig form Arda Wigs. It is the Candy Striper- Cassia. This was the first time I had to do any real styling on a wig so it was an interesting experience. I did some trimming tot he bangs and the ends, poofed up the bangs to give them some shape and pulled the rest into a pony tale.
